I bought my first Sony DLSR a few years back. It felt comfortable and easy to use. I have since added a Alpha 55 and have also purchased an NEX 3. It is in one word an amazing bit of kit and I have had a lot of fun with it. So my intention with this blog is to show that there are more then two makes of cameras and that Sony is a fun, inexpensive and very technical way of entering into photography.

Photogram
This is another part of the lens-less Portrait assignment. Shot in the darkroom by turning an enlarger (basically a reversed camera that emits light) on its side and aiming it a sheet of photographic or light absorbent paper. I then stood in front of the paper and the enlarger took an out-line of my profile or negative. This was then reversed onto another sheet of photographic paper to create what you see here or a positive.
